By using CVAlpha, you accept these terms. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use the service.

2. Beta version

CVAlpha is currently offered as a free beta version. The service may change, be interrupted or modified without notice. Some features may have limitations or bugs.

3. Subscriptions

After the beta, paid subscriptions will be monthly or yearly, with recurring billing. You may cancel at any time; no refund will be due for periods already started.

4. Ownership of generated content

The content you generate with CVAlpha belongs to you. CVAlpha claims no rights over your creations (résumés, cover letters and other documents).

5. Responsible use

You agree not to use the service to generate illegal, discriminatory or harmful content. CVAlpha reserves the right to suspend any account that violates this rule.

6. AI-generated content

Content is generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors or inaccuracies. It is your responsibility to verify the factual accuracy of your documents before sending them to any employer or recruiter.

7. Service provided "as is" and liability

The service is provided "as is", without warranty of continuous availability or freedom from errors. To the extent permitted by law, CVAlpha shall not be held liable for indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to the terms

These terms may be updated. In the event of a substantial change, we will notify you. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law applicable in Quebec (Canada). Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of Quebec.
